Civil lawyer of the Milan Bar, with a practice in Corso Venezia no. 12, Milan – Italy, has gained more than two decades of professional experience in both judicial and extrajudicial settings.
Already the author of numerous publications, she specializes in civil law, with particular reference to commercial contracts, corporate matters, foundations, joint ventures, trusts, as well as bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings.
Significant part of her professional activity is also devoted to providing legal advice to a wide range of clients (inter alia foundations, collectors, art dealers and galleries), both in Italy and abroad, on matters concerning works of art, including those falling within important collections, thus becoming an expert in art law.
The focus of the aforementioned activity is on the circulation of artistic works (transfers of ownership by succession or by sale and purchase, art-lending), as well as the management of related issues, including in court.
